Studio Cerfogli-Corrado is based in Bologna, conveniently located in the heart of northern Italy. We collaborate with leading law firms in major Italian cities and have done so for many years, ensuring the presence of our professional lawyers whenever and wherever are services are required.

Graduated in 1992 from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bologna with a thesis in Bankruptcy Law supervised by Prof. Poggeschi. In October 1994, attended the specialization course in Criminal Law at the Giacomo Venezian Centre. In 1998, enrolled in the Bar Association of Bologna Appeals Court.

Andrea Greco, Qualified Lawyer

Having graduated in November 2017 from the Faculty of Law at the University Alma Mater Studiorum of Bologna with a thesis in Criminal Law on Medical Liability, Andrea completed his internship primarily focusing on criminal law and obtained, in January 2019, the qualification for substitute advocacy.
Since January 2020, Andrea has been collaborating with Studio Cerfogli-Corrado.
Having passed the Soliciitor’s Qualifying Exam to practice law in the 2019/2020 session, Andrea enrolled in the Bar Association of Bologna in January 2021.
Since October 2023, having passed the relevant exam, he has been listed in the roster of Court-appointed Defence Lawyers.
Matteo Rossi, Qualified Lawyer

After spending the first semester of 2016 within the Erasmus+ program at the Universiteit Van Amsterdam (UVA) in Amsterdam, Matteo graduated in February 2018 from the Faculty of Law at the University Alma Mater Studiorum of Bologna having completed his thesis on "Mafia and Antimafia Organisations" focusing on "The Ndrangheta and Drug Trafficking in the Netherlands".
Subsequently, Matteo obtained an LL.M in Law - International Law and Global Justice in November 2019 at the University of Sheffield (UK) with a thesis in International Law and The Use of Force, titled "Can a State act in self-defence against a cyber-attack launched by a Non-State Actor by which means the State may eventually respond?".
Mateo then completed his internship, focussing on civil and criminal law.
Since June 2021, he has been collaborating with the company Tutela Digitale Srl, dealing with privacy and the right to be forgotten.
He has been enrolled in the Bar Association of Bologna since January 2022.
Since November 2022, he has been collaborating with the law firm Cerfogli-Corrado.
